REGISTRATION POLICIES & FEES
PRE-REGISTRATION - $65.00 includes 2 Day Lift Ticket
All PRE-REGISTRATION must be accompanied by the following, or we will not accept and/or process registration. Pre Registration in NON-REFUNDABLE. The Demo will be held RAIN or SHINE.
- Full payment (Company Check payable to NEWSR or VISA/MASTERCARD only)
- Current payroll check stub for each pre-registered individual
- Registration cards must be signed by the shop owner or manager, verifying that employees have been advised of Demo registration policies
- All pre-registered individuals must sign the Alp/SB/Tele & Nordic indemnification release form, located on reverse side of the registration card
Alpine-SB-Tele $65.00 Includes two day lift 3/1 – 3/2
PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, January th RECEIVED in the NEWSR office.
Beginning January th, on-site fees apply!
ON-SITE REGISTRATION (Payable to NEWSR)- $40.00 + daily lift ticket
On-Site lift tickets (Payable to Stratton Mountain Resort) are $30.00 per day, available at the Stratton Lift Ticket Office.
All ON-SITE REGISTRANTS must provide the following two forms of ID, or demo credentials will not be issued:
- Current payroll check stub, and
- Photo ID (license, shop ID photo)
- Sign the Alp/SB/Tele indemnification release form, located on reverse side of registration card
On Site Alpine $40.00+ lift ticket $30.00 per day
The Demo Registration Fee is a show entrance fee, regardless of length or purpose of visit.
Registration Fee is not waived should attendee elect not to demo product or not use the lifts/trails.
All Demo attendees must wear and display appropriate Demo credentials during all event hours.
Badges, passports, and lift/trail passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Persons found abusing Demo Registration Policies will immediately have Demo privileges revoked.
